Elwha RV Park & Campground offers a wide variety of RV and tent sites surrounded by forested landscapes, gardens, and peaceful open spaces. Whether you need a big-rig pull-through, a shaded back-in site, a wooded tent site, or a rustic dry-camp option, we have sites to fit every style of camping. All guests enjoy fiber-optic Wi-Fi, clean restrooms and showers, on-site laundry, walking paths, and easy access to Olympic National Park.
Big Rig Pull-Through Site
Our big rig pull-thru sites have a 30/50-AMP full hook-up (water, electric & waste dump in site). The sites measure approximately 70ft long by 30ft wide. The size is suitable for RVs between 38 and 45 feet long, plus one additional vehicle. The RV pad is graveled with a lush grassy area running the full length of the site on the passenger side. These sites have open sky and are satellite friendly. They will accommodate slide-outs on both sides. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table.

Basic Electric & Water Only Site
These sites are a great simple basecamp option to get you set up with our ideal location and campground amenities along with the basic necessities available at your site.
These sites have water and 30-AMP electricity access at each site with graveled pads for the RV. There are no septic hook-ups in these sites. Our dump station is available for guests.
They are in a row of five sites and do not have landscaping or barriers between sites. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table.
The sites in this category which take large RV’s of 30′ length or more will also accommodate slide-outs on both sides. The rest are made for smaller RVs and accommodate a slide-out on one side only.

When to book
Summer is July, August, and September when the snow on the mountains is gone and the area is vibrant with greenery and sunny days. This is the driest season when the lavender farms are in bloom and the average high temperature is 66 F – 69 F.
October is the main month for autumn when the leaves change into stunning yellows and reds and the air becomes crisp and cool with high temperatures around 57 F and the first couple freezing days make their appearance along with a popular Crab Festival.
November – February brings winter weather with a high temperature range of 46 F – 50 F and overnight lows consistently in the 30’s. The area averages 36 inches of rain a year and 3 inches of snow.
