Role Description
The Park Operations Manager is responsible for whole-team management and park operational oversight. Team management includes setting the whole-team tone, staff priorities, meetings, staff scheduling, assigning tasks, as well as hiring and training new team members.
Park operations oversight includes guest-facing interactions, facilitating guests needing managerial attention, navigating communication during service disruptions, and monitoring reports and trends to identify priorities and future projects.
As Park Operations Manager, you will be involved in ongoing hands-on projects while also setting aside time for planning and reporting to maintain efficient operational flow.
This is a hands-on leadership role that helps carry the daily operational flow of the park. This person would help oversee day-to-day operations, support and guide staff, assist with scheduling, hiring, and onboarding, and help coordinate grounds and site readiness. They would also help ensure overall park presentation and be present with guests when situations need support, while working alongside the team as needed.
This role also involves hands-on maintenance, property care, and working directly with guests to address site and facility needs. We do a great deal of our maintenance and improvement work in-house, so this person should be comfortable helping with general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall upkeep and care of the property as part of the daily rhythm of the park.
Staff Leadership & Training

Role Description
The Guest & Administrative Operations Manager with primary focus on guest services, administrative systems, reservations oversight, onboarding development, and housekeeping inspection coordination. This role combines active participation in daily operations with refinement of standards, training, documentation, and operational follow-through.
While this position oversees the guest and administrative realm of park operations, responsibilities may overlap with the Park Operations Manager and may be delegated as appropriate. The intent is to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment — not to create unnecessary burden, but to define the scope of oversight within this operational lane.
All department leads and coordinators will continue operating within their established areas of responsibility. This role supports system development, guest experience consistency, and administrative alignment in partnership with the Park Operations Manager and ownership.
Guest Services & Administrative Operations
- Participate in and review incoming online bookings, daily in-house reservations, and third-party channel reservations.
- Assist with reservations, billing reconciliation in Newbook, and monitoring of unreconciled accounts.
- Run daily operational reports related to bookings and reconciliation.
- Monitor booking trends and recommend pricing or process adjustments in coordination with the Park Operations Manager and ownership.
- Learn and implement established guest issue protocols and response standards.
- Respond to escalated or higher-level guest emails, refund requests, special booking requests, group bookings, and review responses.

Primary Role
Guest Services Reservationist: Office role handling reservations, with room for growth.
Role Description
This Guest Services office role has a focus on office operations, reservations, and guest services. This position is designed to promote guest satisfaction and perform the operational objective of assisting guests throughout the lifecycle of their reservation, from making the reservation, to departure, and all guest correspondence and interaction points in between, as well as behind-the-scenes tasks which keep the park operations running smoothly. This role includes working with guests by phone, in person, and assisting guests through email. Daily tasks include taking guest calls to make or alter a reservation, processing online reservations, administrative office tasks such as printing or preparing lists in Excel, preparing sites for new guests, checking guests in for their stay, and keeping the gift shop stocked and tidy. The office assistant role required a combination of sitting at a computer, standing to assist guests, and making rounds on foot or via golf cart in the park. No day is quite the same. Work is fast-paced and highly interactive, both with guests and the staff team. The role requires time management and awareness of crucial daily deadlines to achieve a positive guest experience.
