Elwha RV Park & Campground sits inside a mature evergreen forest along the Olympic Peninsula, just minutes from the Elwha River Gorge. Originally serving as an overnight stop for travelers exploring one of Washington’s most scenic regions, the park has deep roots in the area’s outdoor recreation history.
Today, the campground is a peaceful retreat where guests enjoy quiet mornings, clean facilities, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and easy access to Olympic National Park. With wooded tenting areas, spacious full-service RV sites, walking trails, ponds, and garden spaces, Elwha RV Park & Campground blends natural beauty with modern comforts.

Meet Our Team
David, Chris, and their family have always had a natural connection to the Olympic Peninsula and a shared passion for hospitality. Their journey with Elwha RV Park & Campground began with a vision: to create a peaceful, well-kept place where guests from all walks of life could feel welcome while exploring one of Washington’s most beautiful regions.
With backgrounds in park operations, community involvement, and hands-on property care, the family brings a blend of experience that has shaped the campground’s warm, personal atmosphere. From restoring wooded sites and improving trails to upgrading amenities and enhancing the gardens, every improvement is guided by a desire to make the park both comfortable and connected to nature.
The owners take pride in being present and involved. You’ll often find them around the park—answering questions, offering tips about local attractions, or simply greeting guests. Their commitment to friendliness, cleanliness, and genuine care is a big part of what makes Elwha RV Park & Campground feel like a true “home away from home.”
